The login for "My user account" is not working. What should I do?

ME items can only be ordered from our online shop by registered trade partners. You have received personal login data for this from Müller-Elektronik. If you are not able to login to the shop with this data, please use the "Forgot password" function. You will then receive a link per email, which you can use to define a new password. If it then still does not work, please contact us per email to [email protected] or by phone under +49 5258 9834-0.

How can I change my password?

You can change your password in your user account under "Contact information".

How can I order items?

ME items can only be ordered from our online shop by registered trade partners. If you are not an ME trade partner, you can fill your shopping cart with the desired items and then use the dealer search function to send it directly to a trade partner of your choice and request a non-binding offer.

Is an offer request to a selected dealer binding?

No. The offer request only serves to get an offer, and is therefore not binding.

I cannot find my usual dealer in the store finder. What should I do?

Since January 1st 2019, our Müller-Elektronik retrofit products are distributed through Vantage, Trimble Inc.'s network of specialised trade partners. If your dealer cannot be found in the store finder, they might not be a partner in this trade network. Please select a different dealer in the store finder for your offer request.

I cannot find a dealer in my area. What should I do?

We are constantly working on qualifying new dealers and including them in our dealer search.

I have sent an offer request. But I have not received a response from the dealer. What should I do?

After sending your offer request, you have received an email. In this email, you will find the email address of your selected dealer. Please contact your dealer using this email address. If you still do not receive a response, select a new dealer or contact us per email to [email protected] or by phone under +49 5258 9834-0.
